With 20 years of experience in every function of human resources management and public sector expertise, Jennifer Ramos provides innovative HR solutions to move any organization forward.

 

Her expertise is connecting the dots between all management and people functions in an organization which allows her to serve as a
creative problem solver and strategic partner.

 

Jennifer truly enjoys helping organizations achieve HR success. She has led agency wide studies, and managed recruitment and selection teams that hire, onboard, and develop thousands of employees. Jennifer has supervised training programs, led agency wide organizational strategy efforts, and she remains active in presenting at conferences.

 

Her educational background includes studying abroad in Florence, Italy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
